Work flow models

Yesterday our group spent productive evening on creating work models and affinity diagram. After analysing the interview transcript and videos we decided to go with three kinds of work models: flow model, sequence model and artifact model.

We began with the flow model.

The flow model describes the actions and tasks performed by the office worker concerning bookings. The office worker is the main person who is responsible for managing booking. She has to interact with customers and aerobic instructors.

Then we created 4 sequence models that represent the following actions:
New booking


Cancel booking


Change booking


Give out the pass


After creating the sequence models, we created the artifact model as well. The picture is shown below:
